WOMEN’S AUXILIARY OF MOTORSPORTS LAUNCHES CHARITY MOTORCYCLE RAFFLE

2006 Honda CBR600RR Sport Bike

CONCORD, N.C. (February 20, 2007) – The Women’s Auxiliary of Motorsports is cranking up the 2007 NASCAR Racing season by offering fans a chance to win a one-of-a-kind motorcycle. 

The Motorcycle is a very unique Honda CBR600RR Sport Bike, painted pearl orange with a black tribal graphics package.  The bike is autographed by racing personalities, including top riders from the American Motorcycle Association (AMA) Superbike Series, and drivers, crew chiefs and owners in the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup and Busch Series.  Some of the driver’s signatures include 2007 Daytona 500 winner Kevin Harvick, Jeff Gordon, Dale Jr., Tony Stewart and Jimmie Johnson among others.  In addition, the bike is signed by television personalities such as Mike Joy and Darrell Waltrip and NASCAR President, Mike Helton.  For a complete list of signatures, please visit the WAM website at www.waminc.org.

Tickets are $5.00 each or five for $20.00 and can be purchased through the WAM website, www.waminc.org or at the WAM display booth at various tracks throughout the season.  The drawing will be held on November 30, 2007.

All proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Women’s Auxiliary of Motorsports and their continued charitable endeavors.

The Women’s Auxiliary of Motorsports, Inc.
